AR. VRUSHALI HADAP

ARCHITECT

She has completed, B.Arch from Nashik university and Post Diploma In Interior Designing from, Sinhgad Institutes, Pune. She is adept at Autocad, Sketch-up as well, and has been a key player through the concept design stages of a couple of projects.

Being an Interior Designer, she adds a ‘finer’ dimension and style to all the interior projects, ensuring extremely well finished and accessorized spaces that are completely in sync with the architectural ethos of the space.

She is passionate about sketching and believes in music and singing out loud which she strongly believes contributes to designing, as well as creating a great working environment.

SACHIT DESHPANDE

DIRECTOR, DRUSHTI ASSOCIATES & DRUSHTI DEVELOPERS

Sachit is responsible for the execution and delivery of the project in Drushti Associates. He always thrives on improving the overall quality, superb finishing of each of the component for the project with agreed timelines and budget. Primarily he looks after the coordination and execution of the project.

He started the new venture Drushti Developers and looks after every small aspect from legal to sales & marketing.

His strong credentials around the sector, helps Drushti firm to evolve with cutting edge technology, improvising standards and marketing strategies.

Financial management is the key success of the project, his financial strategies and vision of the overall market and helps to increase the pipeline of the projects under the hood of Drushti Developers.

ASST. ARCHITECT

Completed, B.Arch from JNEC, Aurangabad. she is adept at Autocad, and Revit architecture as well.

Meena is working with Drushti since 2012. She experts making in architectural and interior detailing and 3d visualizations.

Mr. Sanjay works on working drawing for the projects. He also works on creating the 3D views for better visibility of our clients.

PRATIMA DESHPANDE

SR. ACCOUNTANT

Pratima has completed, M.sc from, Aurangabad and she is with us since 2013.

She updates accounts receivable, issue invoices, handle all the back-office services perfectly. Her practical knowledge about taxation and precise maintenance of the ledger always help Drushti firm to keep clean finance legally.

She has a nice photography sense and always focuses on capturing unforgettable moments.

A deeply spiritual and philosophical person at heart, she strives to strike a balance between her family life and career. She is strongly opinionated and does not shy away from expressing her thoughts freely.

Reshma is a Post Graduate Architects from CEPT, Ahmedabad. An GATE Scholar, an avid reader, with a philosophical bent of mind.

She pursues landscape with passion and conviction; striving to achieve better results. She likes to play with different themes and ideas to create memorable serene spaces. The landscape for her is a way of life.
