The team Drushti is headed by founder member Ar. Sunil Deshpande, and developed expertise in various spaces like industrial, commercial, hospitals, residential, housing and interior etc. since 1995.

Drushti Architects, here we create spaces considering functionality & form to achieve aesthetics contemplation to satisfy the requirements. Our design blends art & architecture, light & shadow, colour & texture to achieve impressive functionality of the structure.

Our interior design always depicts utmost use of internal spaces, natural living environment & makes small spaces feel larger. The firm strives to approach each project regardless of size & scale, with an understanding that our design philosophies have a unique power to influence the lifestyle of the client.

Defined Compliance and Processes are the key factors of success. We categorize the project primarily into two categories to serve the purpose – architectural and interior projects. We follow a defined systematic approach to achieving client’s expectations as per categories – Architectural Projects and Interior Designing Projects.

2011 – 2020

The Fourth Decade

The continuous process of group housings, CBSE school buildings, Industrial & Interior projects is happening smoothly
Understanding the requirements of MNC companies tuned up with Drushti Associates A new venture started for Turnkey projects especially for Industrial Interior works. (Designing & execution)
Published Residential interior work in Design Matrix vol 5 of July-August 2014.

Awarded by ULTRATECH for Outstanding concrete project in Marathwada 2015-16

2001 – 2010

The Third Decade

Many residential, commercial, Industrial & educational, small Hospitals, Interiors projects completed in Aurangabad and in the Marathwada region. won the design competitions.
A major turning point took place in 2005. Started working with MNC “m/s Goodyear South Asia Tyres Pvt Ltd” and successfully, maintaining and working continuously till today.
Served as a President of Giants Group of Chikalthana, Aurangabad in 2000-2001.
Served as a Chairman of IIA, Aurangabad centre in 2006-2008.
To update with technology & latest building materials attended yearly conventions of IIA Exhibitions in India & overseas and many Presentations of Indian & international re-known Architects organized at different places.

1991 – 2000

The Second Decade

Meanwhile, the complete process of becoming an associate member of IIA took place. In 1989 hired table space and started independent practice. With the help of all colleagues and seniors, we smoothly & successfully completed 1^st private bungalow projects in 1990, smoothly with no time to turn behind to see the past.

The proudest feeling year is 1996 written in the history of Drushti Architects in golden words. We completed the associate membership part and received COA registration number.
Moved to own studio and to fulfil the another era of passion that is social responsibilities, joined “IIA Aurangabad centre & Giants group”
Firmly, we were grabbing the opportunities and in 1997 we achieved our 1^st award for, the commercial building in Aurangabad.

1981 – 1990

The First Decade

After 2 years of experience as a civil draughtsman with “Kale-Mutha & associates” at Ahmednagar, keeping in mind the future development, shifted to Asia’s fastest-growing city Aurangabad and Joined “NCPL”. The re-known architectural consulting firm in Marathwada and grab the designing skill of all type commercial projects as Stadium, Swimming pool, shopping centres, Auditoriums, Industrial projects. Also won the various design competitions.
