The team Drushti is headed by founder member Ar. Sunil Deshpande, and developed expertise in various spaces like industrial, commercial, hospitals, residential, housing and interior etc. since 1995.

With great success as Drushti Architects and Drushti Associates, we stepped into the venture of land development services as Drushti Developers in 2016.

Our primary parameters as a developer are the best design for each of the occupancy & quality of the construction. Drushti Developer rigorously checks all the legal documents of proposed land development sites by multiple legal advisors to ensure the safe delivery of all occupancies to the end of the project.

Timeliness is a success factor of any Development project which is closely related to the financial factor of the developer at the time of execution. Our sound financial position helps us to deliver our first Development site called “Ashirwad” within time and with the best standards within the industry.

Lastly, as a part of Drushti Group, we have a presence in the market for more than 35 years in different sectors which automatically helped us to have a huge network of clientele around Maharashtra, it always helped us in different forms of marketing like indirect marketing, mouth publicity etc
